You can open the pendant and fill it with cotton wool.
Spray your favourite scent onto the cotton wool.
For example, with perfume or an essential oil.

If you feel uneasy, you can smell the necklace.
The familiar scent can be calming.
It gives you a feeling of security.

Coloured cotton wool inserts are included.
These can be used multiple times.
Once they are used up, you can use regular cotton wool.
